DRE roofing responded quickly to a request to assess our leaking roof. Recommendation was to re-felt entire roof but keep tiles, with an option to re-felt just the half that was currently most problematic. The quote was competitive so we decided to get the whole roof done for peace of mind. Scaffolding was up within a week of paying the deposit. The work started about a week after that and was done in 3 days. The work was done efficiently and with mininal disruption. Two tiles were dropped onto an internal ceiling, causing minor damage - DRE accepted responsiblity and paid for repairs.
DRE Roofing did the work quickly. They were very pleasant to deal with, and swept up after the work was finished. I cannot rate the quality of the work because I am 80 years old and can’t climb up onto the roof.
Ashley is polite and professional - an expert in all areas of roofing . Of all the members quoting, he was the only one offering up an upfront, interim intervention against the leakage. The job was completed with minimum delay, due to adverse weather. One or two issues did arise when he was not present. As some of his predominantly young team are less experienced - but these were soon resolved. Ashley promises not to add extra charges to his initial quote, which is helpful for customers with limited means. Some work was done gratis ! He is thoroughly trustworthy .

DRE roofing where exceptional from begining to end. Gave me the best value quote. Was always clear on when work would happen and any delays. The quote was what was charged, and additional work was agreed upon in advance—the team were courteous and respectful throughout. The site was left tidier than it was when they arrived. I can't speak highly enough of them. They have transformed our home and done it all in less than two weeks in the middle of winter, often working in minus temperatures. Total legends, everyone.

I asked for two quotes, one to repair the chimney and one to dismantle and make-good. Both quotes were provided promptly and they were clearly laid out with prices so I could make an informed decision. The work was done to a good standard with no problems. The guys were friendly and courteous, asking where they should put the waste while waiting for its collection. I would happily recommend this company.
